My Husband's Favorite Toothpick
In placing my most recent order, I was hopeful that I would be able to again purchase boxes of individually wrapped toothpicks like I had ordered previously. As that option was no longer available, I ordered a box of 10,000 toothpicks for my husband. I will now set out to find an appropriate covered holder for them.
When will my order ship? When can I expect to receive it?
You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. Orders placed before 1:00pm PST, will ship out that same day via UPS or FedEx. During checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method and will see the associated price (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day, Ground, etc.). Your expected delivery date will display next to your selected ship method.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated using the total weight of your order and the distance to destination. UPS and FedEx have minimum weight charges.
- UPS and FedEx have minimum weight charges and home address delivery surcharges, (it is more economical to ship to a business address)
For small orders you will notice that adding more items to your shopping cart does not increase your shipping.

Complete your order and pay the shipping charges online
Email your order confirmation # with “Pick Up” in the subject line to email@example.com
Your shipping charges will be refunded using the same method of payment when your order is picked up
Your order will be held at our front office, ready for pick-up, after 2:00pm, on the same business day that your order was placed. Our offices are located at 3620 Corporate View – Vista, CA 92081. The name on the building says Dos Gringos
How do I make a return?
We know plans change and it’s hard to know from a picture if an item is perfect for your intended use. So we’ve made returns easy and accept returns for all stock items up to 90days after purchase, for any reason. Items for return should be unopened packages.
To return an item:
- Contact customer service, 760.597.0276 M-F 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm PST. or firstname.lastname@example.org
- Request a return label (shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount) or arrange your own shipping.
- Pack and ship your return item, include order Number copy of the original order in the box. Refunds will be processed within 3 days upon receiving the package back at our warehouse
