You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. Orders placed before 1:00pm PST, will ship out that same day via UPS or FedEx. ( Except for Custom Printed Items ) During checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred shipping method and will see the associated price (i.e. Next Day, 2 Day, Ground, etc.). Your expected delivery date will display next to your selected ship method. Free samples will always ship via USPS.
Shipping charges are calculated using the total weight of your order and the distance to destination. UPS and FedEx have minimum weight charges.
For small orders you will notice that adding more items to your shopping cart does not increase your shipping.
For full pallet orders (typically 30 or more cases), we can provide a freight quote for a common carrier. Contact us at 800-874-2587.

Complete your order and pay the shipping charges online
Email your order confirmation # with “Pick Up” in the subject line to info@pickonus.com
Your shipping charges will be refunded using the same method of payment when your order is picked up
Your order will be held at our front office, ready for pick-up, after 2:00pm, on the same business day that your order was placed. Our offices are located at 3620 Corporate View – Vista, CA 92081. The name on the building says Dos Gringos
We know plans change and it’s hard to know from a picture if an item is perfect for your intended use. So we’ve made returns easy and accept returns for all stock items up to 90days after purchase, for any reason. Items for return should be unopened packages, Custom Printed Items Are NOT Returnable.
