Q: What’s a “catazine”?
A: A catazine is a cross between a catalog and a magazine.

Q: I would expect you to have a catalog, so what makes you call this a “catazine”?
A: Well, it contains more pictures than words, and we included some Q&A with our favorite chefs. This release really blurs the lines between entertainment and information.

Q: How did that happen?
A: We asked ourselves what’s more important than pictures of great looking food?


Q: What…?
A: PEOPLE! People are more important, and in this case we felt the chefs who dream up these amazing presentations are important. We wanted to share some of their stories.
